Job Description
Development of algorithms for detecting and classifying relevant signals in the data from our own measurement systems
Identification and application of machine learning and pattern recognition methods for decision support
Continuous improvement of the automation of our data analysis
Development of visualization options for large amounts of data in collaboration with software development and users in data analysis
Work in project teams and management of own development projects in the field of data and algorithms
Verification, validation, and documentation of algorithms
Interface between measurement technology, software development, and data analysis

Your qualifications
Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study
In-depth expertise in the development of algorithms and the application of statistical methods for model validation
Knowledge of at least one of the following topics
Statistical modeling
Pattern recognition/machine learning
Data preparation and visualization
Scientific computing
Very good understanding of physics for the analysis of measurement data, especially in the field of non-destructive testing
Enthusiasm for automated data processing
Knowledge of at least one programming language, ideally Python
Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working in a team – at our company, everyone supports everyone else
Self-motivated, structured, and independent way of working
Very good German language skills required
Good English language skills desirable
