New Leadership Duo

The technology company 3P Services, specialized in pipeline inline inspection (ILI), announces the expansion of its management board. With the appointment of Dr. Oliver Zaudtke as second Managing Director, the company will now be led by a strong leadership duo: An experienced technology expert, who most recently headed the Research & Development department at 3P Services, joins the management team. Together with Felix Schmidt, who has been responsible for the strategic and operational leadership since 2019, taking over from his father and company founder Dr. Rainer Schmidt, he will form the new dual leadership.

3P Services, headquartered in Wietmarschen-Lohne, employs around 150 people and operates worldwide. Dr. Oliver Zaudtke, previously Head of Research and Development, has significantly shaped the company’s innovative strength since joining 3P Services three years ago. The PhD physicist and family man from Twist brings more than 15 years of experience in pipeline inspection, marked by various technical and leadership roles in research and development. His affinity for research and digitalization is highlighted by his engagement at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, where he managed the university’s IT for about two years. Since 2023, the native of Emsland has been part of the 3P Services team.

With his appointment as Managing Director, technological advancement will become an even stronger strategic focus. Sustainable development and the use of data-driven technologies will serve as key guiding principles.
